Zucchini Chips Recipe 1
Snacks during the summer are fresher and more natural than in the winter. Squeezed orange juice, a cold beer, or a glass of white wine accompany these.
The truth is that these zucchini chips are simple to make, and in a few minutes, you will have an appetizer ready to enjoy on the balcony, terrace, or garden… also in your living room! With a delicious flavor and a texture that makes you suppress your appetite, you can’t miss it.
Ingredients
- One zucchini
- Salt
- sunflower oil
- seasonings to taste
How is it prepared
- Preheat the oven to 225 °C and place baking paper on a tray or mold. Then spray with oil.
- Next, wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices (the thickness of a coin or so).
- Spread the slices on the tray, one next to the other.
- Then add the salt so that the vegetables absorb it.
- Now is the time to season however you prefer; the options are endless.
- Then, take the tray to the oven and cook for 40 minutes until the courgettes are golden.
- Finally, remove them from the oven and let them cool before eating (you will have to wait two hours for them to get that crunchy texture).

Zucchini chips option 3
Now that you know how to prepare the basic recipe for zucchini chips, we can add another delicious ingredient that is perfect for the little ones in the house: the sweet potato (or sweet potato).
A gluten-free, vegan alternative for raw or raw diets. If you don’t have a dehydrator, place the tray in the oven at minimum heat and with the lid open.
What do you need?
- One zucchini
- One sweet potato
- Two tablespoons nutritional yeast (can also be herbs for seasoning)
- powdered chives
How do you prepare it?
- To start, peel the sweet potato and wash the zucchini.
- Then cut everything into thin slices.
- Then put it in a container and add the nutritional yeast or the seasonings you want.
- If you want, you can add a little water to soften the vegetables a bit.
- Finally, place on a dehydrator tray and dry until crisp and dry. You can keep these zucchini and sweet potato chips for over two days (in a glass jar, for example). So when you get home from work, you have an aperitif waiting for you.
